There are several things that you will need to cut into besides pieces, like I was in carrots. you should never buy into anything that is hard, I just couldn’t easily pop off one of your brackets. also try to avoid foods that are chewy, gooey, hard, as well as country. food such as Tootsie rolls, starburst, caramels or any other foods of the sort should be avoided as they will stick to your wires and brackets and can easily break them. Please also avoid chewing on ice, or pins and pencils. you should not be chewing on ice anyway as I can really mess up your teeth.
This may sound like a lot of things that you cannot eat, but there are so many foods that you can still eat and it is just a few short years that you will be in braces and all will be well and worth it in the end!
