Walking into Smiles Hollywood Orthodontics is like attending a Hollywood premier or opening night at your favorite Top McKinney Orthodontics performing arts venue. When you step into our office, you really do feel like you have walked into a premier event in Hollywood or a very special performance! From the carpet, to the wall colors to all the decor, the office looks amazing! You would never think that you are at an orthodontist office! The office is filled with life-sized characters of your favorite actors, Spider Man, Yoda, BB8 and many, many more. There is a real movie theater, a hot chocolate/ cappuccino bar for refreshments as well as a slushie machine with two different seasonal flavors. The slushies are a hit with all ages and really help to cool you off on the hot summer Texas days! There is also an “Under the Sea” themed section for the little ones with books and toys to allow them to have fun while waiting on older siblings. Of course, there is free wifi, a homework study area and a game station with the latest, cool and exciting video games. Many parents bring their laptops and work in our reception area while waiting for their child to have their orthodontics appointment. Our movie theater, however, is by far a favorite with all of our patients! There is something for everyone who visits Smiles Hollywood Orthodontics. We want everyone of all ages to enjoy themselves while in our office!

And behind all this fun is a kid at heart, Dr. Stephanie Crise. Valedictorian of her dental class as well as a lifelong thespian, singer, dancer and mom of three. When she started her office in Mckinney twenty five years ago, she wanted to combine her passion for Top McKinney Orthodontics with her love of movies and theater to create a place where going to the Orthodontist would be lots of fun. Dr. Crise loves movies and theater and they have been a big part of her life for many years. As a kid, she watched Star Wars 29 times! Now she loves going to movies with her own kids.

Smiles Hollywood Orthodontics loves having fun contests, promotions and we offer many throughout the year. Please be sure that our office has your email and phone number on file, as we will email and/or text out our monthly Top McKinney Orthodontics promotions. We offer a variety of promotions, where you can get entered into contests to win a brand new big tv, airpods or even a night out to the movies with your family. We also have events at our office, such as Snow Cone Day where the snow cones are free all day! Dr. Crise has even rented out an entire movie theater for her patients and included a free drink and popcorn for everyone! As an appreciation event for her patients, Dr. Crise has had parties at places like Apex pool/ waterslide park in McKinney, TX as well as Stonebridge Beach club, also in McKinney. Our office loves to have a lot of fun and it is a place where patients are excited to come for every appointment! We look forward to getting to know you better!

Giving back to our community is really important to Dr. Crise and our team at Smiles Hollywood Orthodontics. We do this in a variety of ways each year. After Halloween, we have the Candy Buy Back program where our patients can bring any unwanted (sticky) candy to our office. For every pound of candy that Smiles Hollywood Orthodontics receives, we donate $10 to the Samaritan Inn, a local homeless shelter in McKinney. The person who brings the most candy wins a gift card to their favorite store or restaurant. We then donate all the candy to local charities and even take some to our firefighters. Smiles Hollywood Orthodontics is always sponsoring school teams, school sports and student activities in our area. Dr. Crise’s favorite Top McKinney Orthodontics community outreach is her dental presentations to school kids. Each year, in February (February is Children’s Dental Health month), Dr. Crise and our mascot, Croc Hollywood, go to many schools in the area and teach kids how to brush, floss and keep their teeth shining. Each student goes home with a goody bag that includes a toothbrush, a tooth eraser and some fun items to enjoy. It’s a huge hit with the kids and they always come into our office raving about it! Smiles Hollywood Orthodontics loves giving back to the community and helping our patients to become community minded as well.

Smiles Hollywood Orthodontics uses state of the art technology as well as the very latest and greatest equipment and materials for all of our patients. Our doctors are constantly researching and attending continuing education courses to be sure they are providing top of the line braces treatment, clear aligner treatment, expanders, herbst treatment, retainers and all other orthodontic appliances.
